Arc V2Ray provides virtual private network (V2Ray) services designed to enhance your online privacy and security. Our service includes access to servers in Singapore and utilizes the Trojan protocol.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware or engaging in phishing.
• Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our Discord server. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arc V2Ray, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
